You will translate customer requirements into clear internal directions and coordinate engineering, purchasing, and production to ensure feasible, timely quotations and delivery.

The role emphasizes technical knowledge of truck applications, accuracy in pricing, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Experience with commercial vehicles, truck equipment, or vocational applications is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into executable quotations and coordinate internal inputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the quote-to-delivery execution for assigned opportunities from initial request through quotation and order handoff.
• Develop accurate, complete quotations by gathering requirements and coordinating inputs.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, and operations to confirm feasibility, cost, lead times, and readiness.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers on opportunities, updating status and timelines.
• Track active quotes, orders, and follow-up items to protect the customer experience.
