This role blends deep semiconductor packaging expertise with strategic selling to secure high-reliability solutions for Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Medical Devices, and MEMS modules.

You will bridge Spirit’s engineering teams with clients, driving multi-year, high-value engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful technical sales or applications engineering in high-reliability backend services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; semiconductor packaging or related domain preferred.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas in long-cycle B2B or government sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic accounts in aerospace, defense, automotive, and medical device sectors.
• Deliver technical presentations, capability briefings, and facility tours showcasing backend services and MIL-STD testing.
• Collaborate with IC Packaging, Test Engineering, and PM teams to design customized workflows.
• Own technical sales lifecycle from discovery to contract closure.
• Stay ahead of standards (AEC-Q100, MIL-STD-883/750, ISO 13485) and represent Spirit at industry events.
• Maintain a data-driven sales pipeline with CRM tools.
