Job summary

The Offer Club, LLC is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer, Embedded Optics and Vision Solutions for a San Diego, CA position. You will drive design-ins and own the technical sales cycle from prospecting to production across drones, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and defense systems.

Requires 5+ years in complex technical sales, BS/MS in Optical/ME/EE/Robotics, and proven OEM selling experience. Travel up to 15–25% with a base salary of $110k–$130k plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical, Mechanical, Electrical or Robotics Engineering.
5+ years in complex or technical sales cycles with OEMs.
Proven experience selling to OEM engineering and procurement teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

Prospect and win new OEM accounts in drones, defense, robotics and surveillance.
Field inbound inquiries and manage a portfolio of accounts.
Gather customer requirements and recommend lens and imaging system solutions.
Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through production.
Prepare quotes, manage proposals, and track CRM workflows.
