Job summary

Gallatin is building AI-powered logistics tools for national security missions. We seek a Sales Engineer who will translate customer needs into technical solutions, run discovery, and deliver tailored demos in defense and enterprise environments.

You’ll partner with Mission Development Managers, work with Product and Engineering, and shape the technical path from initial engagement to deployment, while communicating impact to operators and leaders.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Experience with enterprise software and data platforms.
Ability to lead technical discovery and deliver sophisticated demonstrations.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Run technical discovery and shape solutions for customers.
Lead tailored Navigator demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Own technical qualification of opportunities and RFIs/Proposals.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect customer needs in the product roadmap.
Build credibility with government and enterprise stakeholders.
