Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales enablement or related role.
• Financial services experience preferred, life/annuities a plus.
• Strong ability to train and support field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent one-on-one support for sales enablement tools and programs.
• Train wholesalers to improve proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau and dashboards.
• Track trends for Sales Intelligence and Sales Training stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and Salesforce COE to enable onboarding and access.
• Create guides and videos with Sales Training for scalable enablement.
