Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead commercial organization to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
Drive KPIs: quote volume, win rate, order growth, and customer satisfaction.
Engage with key customers, OEMs, EPCs; negotiate pricing and long-term supply agreements.
Provide leadership for Applications Engineering; translate requirements into solutions.
Support product roadmaps with market insights and growth initiatives.
Collaborate across functions and report on performance to leadership.
