Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Maven AGI, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, setting the foundation for strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses a strong ability to articulate Maven AGI's value proposition to diverse audiences.
Please note that this role is based in our Boston, MA office at least 4 days a week.

Growth Opportunities: At Maven AGI, we invest in our team members' growth. BDRs who exceed quota and demonstrate strong sales and technical skills are prioritized for promotion to Account Executive. This role offers rapid advancement and increased responsibilities as we grow.
Compensation: The position offers a base salary of $75,000 annually, with total on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000 upon achieving performance targets. Top performers can earn more through our performance-based commission plan.
