Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to build the reporting, analytical, and AI layer on top of the sales data foundation—the views, semantic models, and dashboards the sales organization relies on.

You will own the full span from schema design to the numbers a sales leader reads on a Monday morning, and set the standards for how sales reporting works. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, semantic models, and the data architecture with a focus on CRM data

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, analytics engineering, or data analytics.
• Expert SQL for complex, high-volume datasets.
• Strong data modeling: dimensional design and governance.
• Experience with BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Direct Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proven ability to build operational reporting with freshness and change management.
• Ability to translate questions into defensible metrics with executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reporting dashboards for the sales org, defining governed assets vs ad hoc requests.
• Create semantic and consumption models with defined grains and conformed dimensions.
• Contribute to data architecture alongside Data Ops for accounts, opportunities, contacts, campaigns, and more.
• Resolve identity taxonomy for accounts, companies, and customer identifiers in the data layer.
• Define canonical KPI calculations, including exclusions and edge cases.
• Conduct analytics to support coverage models, funnel diagnostics, and territory performance.
• Provide technical leadership, set patterns, and mentor other analysts.
