Hands-on AI tool experience (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to drive productivity.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI/SQL.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.
Senior Associate-level ownership of analyses and end-to-end deliverables.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for large sales data sets.
Ability to tell compelling data-driven stories across levels.
Proactive and collaborative, influencing outcomes through insights.
