In this role you will oversee team utilization, forecast capacity, and expand work books such as Pitchbook, Financial Modeling, and Dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or information research roles.
• Strong financial modeling knowledge.
• Client-focused with ability to manage priorities and expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI platforms and automation tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of team utilization and capacity forecasting.
• Implement strategic evolution roadmap for Analyst workflows with AI platforms and tools.
• Partner with Research and stakeholders to develop scalable AI-based work products.
• Support Analytics initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Expand and enhance books of work (Pitchbook, Financial Modeling, Dashboards).
• Measure service effectiveness and report KPIs to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for information gathering from clients and deliverables.
• Act as SME and drive improvements in the analytics function.
