Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a senior data scientist to lead end-to-end machine learning projects in Wealth Management. You will leverage AI/ML modeling, build scalable solutions, and partner with product, risk, and technology teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will design experiments, validate models for accuracy and governance, and contribute to scalable AI/ML frameworks while mentoring junior colleagues and advancing modeling standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred in an analytical or technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in data science, ML, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical and ML methods including modeling, classification, regression, recommender systems, clustering, and deep learning.
• Experience conceiving, implementing, deploying, and improving ML projects in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of end-to-end ML solutions for Wealth Management.
• Deploy ML models in production with MLOps collaboration; monitor performance.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices and reusable assets.
