• Proven track record of converting leads into clients and managing high‑value accounts.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Client‑centric approach with a passion for design and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert high‑value leads into confirmed projects.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
