Job summary

Vanlife Customs in Arvada, Colorado is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive custom vehicle projects from concept to close. You will lead customer conversations, translate ideas into build profiles, and deliver compelling proposals and budgets.

Training in vans is provided, with a base salary plus commission to reward performance. You don’t need prior van or camper experience; what matters is your ability to connect with customers, think creatively, and win projects.

Qualifications

• Proven salesperson with strong communication skills and a track record of results.
• Demonstrated commercial judgment and ability to win business.
• Genuine interest in people and aptitude for high-value sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations, understanding needs, priorities and budgets.
• Help customers develop ideas, explore vehicle choices, layouts and creative solutions.
• Create compelling Build Profiles, proposals and preliminary budgets.
• Guide customers through important decisions and win their business.
• Own your sales pipeline, relationships and follow-through.
• Collaborate with sales, design and production teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
