Job summary

Volition Components LLC is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to grow our commercial van upfitting business. You will spend time in the field meeting fleet managers, dealers, and agencies, while reporting to the office daily for updates.

You will quote upfit projects, manage relationships, and work with production to ensure timely delivery and installation. You should be a self-motivated, excellent communicator with a proven sales track record in B2B environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B or fleet-related.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can manage a sales pipeline and hit targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Must report to office daily and travel locally to client sites.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities
