Job summary

OCLC in Dublin, OH is seeking a Senior Sales & Commission Analyst to lead commission management, reporting analytics, and strategic pricing for the Americas. You will design incentive plans, manage monthly calculations, audit data, and deliver executive dashboards to guide revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in business and 5+ years in sales analytics, with hands-on experience in NetSuite, Xactly, Salesforce, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant related experience may be considered in place of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in sales reporting and product pricing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executives.
• Advanced Excel and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales incentive plans and manage monthly commission processes.
• Develop monthly dashboards/analytics for sales management and executives.
• Lead strategic pricing for RFPs and pricing analyses with cross-functional teams.
