Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst, Systems & Operations to manage Callidus/SAP Commissions and payroll-related processes. You will build Excel models, validate payouts, and reconcile data end-to-end while partnering with Sales, Finance, and IT to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with ICM platforms, advanced Excel, and strong analytical acumen to support audit-ready backup and scalable compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) or a comparable ICM platform.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM for data management or operational workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and reconciliation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational point of contact for Callidus platform; manage configuration updates and vendor relationships.
• Independently calculate, validate, and reconcile commission payments in Excel when automation falls short.
• Build Excel-based models to test plan designs and quota structures before system configuration.
• Produce monthly accruals and management reports; support audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation ideas across compensation workflows.
