Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to support our expanding commercial team. This role involves designing, executing, and analyzing variable compensation plans for sales roles like Territory and Account Managers. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Compensation Plan Execution & Administration
    • Support design and implementation of sales compensation plans across various functions.
    • Build and maintain compensation models to calculate commissions, bonuses, and track quotas.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts, including data validation and forecasting.
    • Monitor processes for accuracy, policy adherence, and compliance.
  2. Performance Reporting & Analytics
    • Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate plan effectiveness, and provide insights.
    • Create dashboards and reports for strategic review and sales productivity.
    • Assist in territory and quota-setting with data-driven recommendations.
  3. Systems & Tools
    • Maintain and improve compensation reporting in Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
    • Support integration of compensation data into CRM, HRIS, and finance systems.
    • Provide reporting support to sales teams on quotas, earnings, and metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in sales compensation, operations, or financial analysis, preferably in B2B or medtech.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and large data handling.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM-integrated compensation workflows.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools; relational database knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
