AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Communications Specialist to partner with the NAPC Sales organization, developing strategic internal communications that align with business objectives, growth initiatives, product strategies, and organizational priorities.

The role leads executive messages, sales updates, rate and product-launch communications, intranet content, and sales-enablement collateral, collaborating with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Underwriting, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of communications, corporate communications, employee communications, marketing communications, public relations, or related experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor messaging for multiple audiences and leadership levels.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executive communications and leadership messaging.
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear and engaging communications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes communication strategies that support NAPC Sales priorities, business initiatives, and organizational goals.
• Serves as the trusted communications advisor to sales leadership and key stakeholders.
• Builds annual and quarterly communication plans aligned to business objectives and leadership priorities.
• Identifies communication opportunities and risks and recommends solutions that improve employee awareness and effectiveness.
• Ensures communications reinforce company culture, values, and strategic priorities.
• Drafts executive communications on behalf of sales leaders, including memos, announcements, town hall materials, talking points, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Supports communication cadence for senior sales leadership, including key organizational initiatives and change management efforts.
• Develops leadership messaging related to business performance, strategic priorities, sales programs, and organizational updates.
• Creates communication materials for sales leadership meetings and business reviews.
• Develops communications related to rate actions, underwriting appetite changes, new products, product enhancements, producer programs, distribution initiatives, and sales campaigns.
• Translates complex business, underwriting, and regulatory information into clear, concise, and actionable communications.
• Creates communication toolkits and supporting collateral that help sales teams understand and promote new initiatives.
• Partners with Product, Underwriting, Operations, and Marketing teams to coordinate communication plans and deployment schedules.
• Ensures consistency and accuracy of sales-related messaging across communication channels.
