Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance/Accounting role.
• Experience with automated sales commissions systems and their setup is a plus (e.g. Xactly, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies.
• Distribution of commission-related reports to management and sales personnel.
• Assistance with month-end financial reporting and analysis.
• Assistance with internal process improvement initiatives.
• General reporting on sales and business operations statistics.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
