Our in-residence rehabilitation program offers basic necessities, including a clean and healthy living environment, nutritious food, work therapy, leisure activities, counseling, and spiritual guidance. Position: Senior Sales Associate

Overview: The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to help create and maintain a positive work environment and excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management in achieving sales, production, and expense goals to ensure profitability.
• Schedule store personnel.
• Complete payroll information for staff.
• Participate in reviewing applications and conducting interviews as needed.
• Train, supervise, and guide new employees.
• Ensure store staff comply with policies, procedures, and regulations; complete and submit sales reports and paperwork daily; maintain proper stock levels.
• Serve as backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager when required.
• Support the work therapy program by exemplifying professional conduct, supervising, and guiding beneficiaries as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record.
• Ability to interpret income and expense reports.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
