The Senior Sales Associate leads by example, drives personal and store sales, and ensures daily operations and safety standards are executed with precision.

The role supports Store Leadership, owns opening/closing routines, and coaches the team to achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring regulatory
