Fine Dining Restaurant seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales & Events Manager.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive private dining sales and meet revenue targets.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential clients.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract private dining clients.

Event Planning:

1. Coordinate and execute private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and dietary requirements.
3. Oversee the planning process from conception to execution, ensuring seamless and memorable events.

Customer Relations:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
2. Conduct site tours for potential clients and showcase the restaurant's facilities and capabilities.
3. Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
4. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to integrate private events seamlessly into the overall restaurant operations.

5. Familiarity with local business and corporate communities.
