Job summary

Angi is seeking a data‑driven Staff Analyst to join our Sales Analytics team in Denver. You will own end‑to‑end analytics behind prospect scoring, lead allocation, and rep performance to drive revenue growth.

As a senior contributor, you will partner with sales leadership, operations, and data engineering to design predictive models, optimize dial strategies, and deliver insights that influence headcount, territory alignment, and outreach tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of analytical experience in sales analytics or revenue operations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Advance prospect lead scoring models and convertibility estimates.
• Optimize dial strategy and outreach timing for higher revenue.
• Design territory alignment and lead allocation strategies.
• Build sales performance reporting across hierarchies.
• Analyze prospect database quality and inform planning.
• Partner with data engineering to maintain automated scoring pipelines.
• Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership.
