Angi is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst for the Large Pro Performance team. You will partner with top pro accounts, surface insights, and guide data-driven engagement to drive pro success and platform growth.

This role combines deep data analysis with hands-on account management to translate complex metrics into actionable strategies, partnering with product, strategy, and operations to improve outcomes for our highest‑value service professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce or marketplace settings, with exposure to account management or client-facing work.
Proven ability to present data and insights directly to external partners in clear terms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics contact for a portfolio of large pro accounts and maintain regular communication cadences.
Conduct structured performance reviews with pros, explain trends, and co-develop action plans to improve outcomes.
Translate complex data into clear narratives and make numbers actionable for non-technical audiences.
Identify at-risk accounts and deliver targeted insights to prevent performance issues.
Represent the pro voice internally, feeding observations back to product, strategy, and operations teams.
