Job summary

Xometry is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to own the Sales analytics function end-to-end, partnering with Sales leadership and executives. You will architect dashboards, build quota and forecasting models, and define metrics that guide revenue decisions with significant autonomy.

The role requires advanced SQL and Looker/LookML expertise, CRM fluency, and strong storytelling to influence VP/C-level stakeholders. Hybrid work options are available in a fast-growing data-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytics function.
• Experience forecasting, quota setting, and GTM strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into structured analyses.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytics partner to Sales leadership and senior executives, defining metrics and shaping decisions on quota and pipeline.
• Own the architecture, roadmap, and governance of Sales dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Design and refine sales performance and quota models using historical trends and variance analysis.
• Develop forecasting methods with trend, cohort, and scenario analyses for leadership and board reviews.
• Mentor analysts and set analytic best practices across the function.
