Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or analytics with sales focus.
• Advanced SQL with Looker/LookML; data modeling and semantic layer design.
• Proficient Excel/Sheets for multi-scenario modeling.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and data governance awareness.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders with data.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner to Sales leadership and executives; define metrics and quota strategies.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
• Own architecture, roadmap, and governance of Sales dashboards and reporting.
• Design and refine sales performance and quota models with historical trends and cohort analysis.
• Build and evolve forecasting methodology with trend analysis and scenario modeling.
• Set reporting standards and mentor analysts across the function.
• Identify data risks and opportunities; liaise with Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Finance.
