Job summary

Xometry is seeking an analytics leader to partner with Sales leadership and the executive team, translating complex data into strategic insights that drive revenue decisions. You will own Sales analytics end-to-end, architect dashboards, forecasting models, and governance across the data stack, while collaborating with VP/C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Analytics or related function.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Looker/LookML data modeling.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets for multi-scenario models.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and sales data flows.
• Proven ability to influence VP/C-level stakeholders with data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership and executives to define key metrics and drive decisions on quota and territory.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and dashboards.
• Own Sales dashboards, governance, and data infrastructure roadmaps.
• Design and refine forecasting models and quota methodology with rigor.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices across teams.
