Job summary

Xometry is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to own the Sales analytics function end-to-end. You will architect dashboards and the data ecosystem, build quota and forecasting models, and set standards that inform revenue decisions at the VP and C-level.

This role offers significant autonomy with direct interaction with senior stakeholders. You will partner across Sales, Finance, Data Engineering, and Marketing to ensure data integrity and drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or related analytics.
• Advanced SQL with Looker/LookML experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for multi-scenario modeling.
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data flows.
• Experience advising VP/C-level stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales analytics function end-to-end, architect dashboards and the data ecosystem.
• Design quota and forecasting models, with governance and scenario planning.
• Lead collaboration across Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Finance to resolve data issues and align on metrics.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish analytics standards and best practices.
• Identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities in data and surface them to leadership.
