Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Support Analyst to provide analytical and administrative input to the North American Sales team, reporting to the Sales Administration Manager.

Responsibilities include supporting quote preparation, interacting with underwriting on quotations, developing proposals and client presentations, coordinating implementations, maintaining the Salesforce CRM, and delivering standard and customized reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or office administration.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience supporting Sales teams and understanding group insurance is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Sales in preparing quotes.
• Interact with underwriting on quotations and group benefits.
• Assist in creating sales proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate implementation with internal and external partners.
• Liaise with Sales on inquiries and ensure client intent is captured.
• Prepare and send applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) for new and existing business.
• Produce standard and customized sales reports.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and data tasks using enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information and execute tasks.
• Participate in market projects as directed.
