Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to provide advanced presale input and expert technical support to the Sales team in a fast-paced environment. The role includes developing benefit solutions, coordinating with underwriting, and managing SFDC opportunities to position proposals for win opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of presale experience, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS highly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of presale experience preferred.
• Background in Insurance, Healthcare, Employee Benefits, Sales, Finance, Underwriting & Risk.

Responsibilities

• Analytical review of data to determine viability of a prospect.
• Communicate with brokers to obtain critical data elements and negotiate timing.
• Strategize with Sales partner on funding and benefit solutions for client needs.
• Determine benefit intent and partner with underwriting in the quote development.
• Create and maintain Opportunities in SFDC, sculpting benefits, and ensuring compliance.
