Job summary

The Cigna Group, including its Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company division, is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to provide advanced presales input, deliver product knowledge across lines, and coordinate RFPs and benefit design for complex client opportunities in the US market. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and underwriting to craft competitive proposals and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS highly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of presale experience preferred.
• Background in Insurance, Healthcare, Employee Benefits, Sales, Finance, Underwriting & Risk, Account Management, Project Management, or Consulting Services.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare product lines, major funding vehicles and benefits administration.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analytical review of data to determine viability of a prospect.
• Create and maintain Opportunities in SFDC, sculpt benefits, apply legislation and coordinate performance guarantees.
• Support development of financials and benefit design solutions.
• Initiate SFDC activities and collaborate with Sales, Proposal Unit and enterprise partners.
• Coordinate with business units for other lines of coverage and manage RFP process.
