Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement & decision‑making with leaders across sales, finance, operations, and strategy.
• Architect analytical solutions for cross‑functional business questions and models.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions with data engineers and BI developers.
• Create and maintain KPI frameworks for sales performance, spend, and compensation outcomes.
• Bridge business strategy with technical execution and influence tool roadmaps and data quality improvements.
