Job summary

Array Technologies, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Analyst to strengthen analytics across Sales and Commercial Excellence. You will develop dashboards, maintain data integrity, and support Salesforce enhancements to drive data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver timely reports, automate repetitive tasks, and create executive-facing materials for strategic reviews and AI-driven tooling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analytics or a related field
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Advanced Salesforce, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong task management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce and business intelligence tools to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analyses that provide actionable insights
• Serve as a steward of CRM data quality by proactively identifying data inconsistencies, reporting anomalies, and reducing manual effort through automation
• Support the testing and validation of Salesforce enhancements, reporting changes, and process improvements
• Partner with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting that supports operational decision-making
• Own and execute recurring analytical deliverables
• Create and maintain business process documentation, reporting definitions, testing procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve executive-facing presentations and business review materials
• Support the ongoing development, testing, and optimization of AI-driven tools and agents
• Investigate complex data, system, and process-related issues across commercial platforms, leveraging analytical and research skills to uncover insights, recommend solutions, and improve overall business operations
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's analytics ecosystem by supporting the transition of systems

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and research-driven Senior Sales Analyst to support Sales Analytics and Commercial Excellence initiatives. This role focuses on reporting, data integrity, Salesforce support, AI enhancement efforts, and cross-functional business analytics.

Key Job Responsibilities
