ClimeCo is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Administrator to join our Products team.

Position Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory and lead sales logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory data, and analyzing sales trends to support operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and assisting in generating reports to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales administration team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate and assist with various sales activities, including tracking deal progression and providing information requests from the Products team
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on sales results and inventory
  • Training: Train team members on processes, systems, and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer communication and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales administration processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Comfortable with QA
  • Act as a liaison: Work as the middle person between the Finance team and the Product team as it relates to the sales cycle
  • Provide Department Support: Assist with departmental and organizational initiatives and needs

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing role
  • Prior experience in reporting, analyzing, and interpreting data
  • Comfortable with implementing, improving, and training others on processes
  • Knowledge of inventory management strategies and systems
  • Exhibit a high level of understanding of financial terms and principles
  • Prior experience executing complex tasks and solving complex problems with limited supervision
  • Proven success in identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Comfortable adapting quickly
  • Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% per year

Desired Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and completing client-based tasks and projectsPrior experience leading efficient teams
  • Prior experience working with commodities
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with NetSuite or similarly related systems.

Location Remote within the United States with a preference for the Florida area

Compensation The starting salary for a well-qualified Senior Sales Administrator is $60,000 to $68,000 USD annual base salary, considering individual work experience and work location.
