Job summary

Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth with US-based customers and manage NPI and mass production programs for cable assembly and connector products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including PM, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Business Management, travel up to 20% for prototyping and reviews, and build long-term client partnerships while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS or MS degree in Engineering. Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and interconnect solutions preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully growing business revenue preferred.
• 1-8 years of relevant work experience in a sales, FAE or manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time, both local and international.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer Sourcing, Engineering and Quality teams to promote FIT’s connectivity technologies.
• Work collaboratively with the Asia based Business Units to develop and manage the business opportunities in both the NPI and mass production phases.

• Travel to overseas manufacturing sites (mainly Vietnam) to support prototype builds, product development, and business review meetings as required.

About the job:

Foxconn Interconnect Technology, Inc (FIT). (“FIT”) is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join as a valued member of sales team in the Irvine, CA office. The candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams in the organization such as PM, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Business Management. This position will be responsible for managing NPI development programs as well as commercial business management responsibilities within the product areas of cable assembly and connector products. This person is accountable for customer relationship management, NPI program management and quality issue resolution responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
