Job summary

HEITMEYER CONSULTING INC in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise IGA solutions. You will focus on IdentityIQ, lifecycle management, and access governance within a complex environment, delivering scalable identity integrations.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering and 5+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ, plus hands-on skills with Java/BeanShell, REST, SCIM, LDAP, and AD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
• Strong experience with enterprise IAM/IGA solutions and application onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java/BeanShell, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL/JDBC, Active Directory/LDAP/Entra ID, SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ across development, QA, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain workflows, rules, lifecycle events, provisioning policies, tasks, and custom components using Java and BeanShell.
• Lead application onboarding and integrations using REST, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, APIs, and custom connectors.
• Implement and enhance JML, provisioning, deprovisioning, account correlation, and reconciliation processes.
• Support access certifications, SoD, audit controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint with Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support upgrades, performance tuning, and platform modernization.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, documentation, and Agile delivery.
