Job summary

TeamWork Corporate seeks a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer to lead development, integration, upgrades, and governance across on‑prem and cloud SailPoint platforms. You will transform security requirements into scalable IAM solutions while maintaining stability and performance, collaborating with architects, analysts, and IT teams.

The role requires 7+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong Java/J2EE and API skills, and experience guiding global engineering teams in a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development and IAM/identity governance experience.
• Deep knowledge of IIQ architecture, object model, Java APIs, BeanShell, workflows, rules, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading IIQ upgrades, customization and connector assessments with testing and post-upgrade validation.
• Strong skills in Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, SQL, APIs, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and maintain IIQ solutions including workflows, rules, provisioning, and certifications.
• Build and support integrations with HR systems, Active Directory/Entra ID, ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise apps using REST, SOAP, SCIM and LDAP.
• Lead platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance validation with proper rollback planning.
• Provide L3 production support, root-cause analysis, monitoring improvements, and automation to reduce incidents.
• Mentor distributed developers, review designs, estimate work, and manage technical risks.
