Cognizant's Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services Practice in the United States seeks a Senior SailPoint Developer to design, implement, and support IdentityIQ solutions across the enterprise. You will drive identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and compliance initiatives with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with SailPoint, IGA concepts, and integrations with AD/LDAP, databases, and cloud apps.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• Strong knowledge of IGA, IAM concepts, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications.
• Familiar with SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, SSO, MFA.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/LDAP, databases, cloud apps.
• Proficient in Java, REST APIs, and SailPoint customization.
• Knowledge of audit, governance, compliance requirements.
• Experience planning SailPoint upgrades and migrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Translate business requirements into SailPoint workflows and rules.
• Configure workflows, lifecycle events, access requests, and policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
• Manage identities, roles, entitlements, provisioning lifecycle.
• Implement RBAC, SoD, and governance controls.
• Support upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python.
• Support audit and governance initiatives with reporting and evidence gathering.
• Maintain technical docs and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
