Job summary

Net at Work in the United States is seeking a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to work directly with clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver timely resolutions that meet SLA expectations across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with consultants, customer support, and sales teams to drive service projects, maintain relationships, and share knowledge for ongoing client success and easier support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Intacct ERP or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Triage and own support requests in tracking systems.
• Provide functional Intacct and integration support with clients.
• Escalate and resolve complex client cases and document resolutions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality and SLA adherence.
• Document ticket details, root cause, steps to reproduce, and knowledge-transfer info.
