Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to engage with customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver service projects with cross-functional teams. You will maintain client relationships, ensure continuity of service, and drive customer satisfaction through hands-on problem solving.

You will work closely with consultants, customer support, and sales to deliver services, support continuity, and mitigate issues, while adhering to contract terms and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems (Support Specialist or Power user).
• Hands-on knowledge of Intacct administration and configuration setups.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain SLA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Triage support requests in tracking systems and own cases through closure.
• Provide functional Intacct support and integration guidance for clients.
• Escalate complex issues with root-cause analysis and documented steps.
• Document ticket details, reproduction steps, and knowledge-transfer content.
• Review client contracts and SLAs to ensure compliant responses and timely resolutions.
• Contribute to knowledgebase and training materials for the team.
