Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex Sage Intacct deployments for mid-sized clients. You will guide clients through analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live while coordinating with Consulting, PM, Support, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will translate business needs into scalable Sage Intacct solutions, mentor junior staff, and help optimize client systems for long-term value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years ERP implementation or technology consulting experience with significant client-facing responsibility.
• Led at least ten complete Sage Intacct Core implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Subject-matter expert in Sage Intacct Core Financials and multi-entity configuration.
• Advanced functional knowledge across Sage Intacct modules, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and operational processes (GL, AP, AR, cash, consolidations, budgeting, financial reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Sage Intacct implementations across modules, entities, locations, or business units from discovery to go-live.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into solution designs, configuration plans, workflows, and use cases.
• Advise on future-state processes using Sage Intacct capabilities and best practices.
• Configure Core Financials and related modules in multi-entity environments.
• Navigate solution decisions on process design, configuration vs customization, integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
• Lead testing, client training, go-live readiness, and post-go-live activities.
• Manage project deliverables against scope, budget, timeline, and quality with the Project Manager.
• Identify risks, scope changes, and decisions requiring client action.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance for adoption and measurable improvement.
• Coordinate with teams to hand off to Customer Support and support pre-sales activities.
