Job summary

Accordant's Sage Intacct Implementation Manager (IM) leads AMS delivery, steering projects, developing Implementation Leads and Specialists, and ensuring client satisfaction through every phase of the implementation lifecycle.

This role operates as a strategic overseer and hands-on partner, balancing scope, resources, timelines, and budget while enforcing Accordant standards in Certinia. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000+ base with incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of project teams and governance of implementations.
• Experience with Certinia and adherence to implementation standards.
• Strong client-facing skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review project setup, validate budget-to-hours alignment, onboard clients.
• Monitor risks, track timesheets, support ILs/ISs, coordinate resources.
• Oversee execution, monitor risks and timelines, ensure Certinia updates.
• Approve timesheets, manage team schedules, ensure project coverage and utilization.
• Maintain certifications, track skills, ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
