Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance and delivery quality through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate Discovery, Build, and Sign-off phases, ensuring scope and budget alignment.
• Coach and develop Implementation Leads and Specialists; manage staffing and performance.
• Maintain proactive risk management and ensure client satisfaction throughout AMS engagements.
