Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
• Gather requirements and define project scope with clients.
• Configure and customize software solutions to client needs.
• Meet with clients to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide advanced technical support during implementation.
• Conduct pilots and identify areas for product/process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure project documentation is complete.
