Job summary

Essential Utilities, Inc. is seeking an experienced safety/technical training leader to guide the development and delivery of technical training across PNG operations.

You will lead, design, and evaluate training programs, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive ROI through continuous improvement. Qualifications include 8+ years in safety/technical training, knowledge of gas industry practices, a BS in science or engineering, and proficiency with LMS, SAP.

• Strong writing, planning and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, consult with and/or assist supervisors with technical training needs and ROI analysis.
• Develop and perform initial and compliance-related technical training for staff.
• Investigate and improve the technical environment to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Research and implement SOPs and new tools, PPE, and industry practices.
