Job summary

Puget Sound Energy in Washington state seeks a Gas Training Supervisor to lead a team of Technical Trainers and Training Program Managers, shaping training strategies and partnering with Gas Operations leadership to align programs with business needs.

You will drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement through coaching, assessments, and effective learning delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BA in education or adult learning; 5 years of training experience.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisor experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities and build effective teams.
• Oversee training and development of employees directly and indirectly managed.
• Develop, implement and maintain training programs, assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate LMS application within the department and maintain training records.
• Deliver reporting on team effectiveness, progress and risks to training commitments.
