SPC Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to oversee health and safety programs across project sites in the NJ/NY region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in construction or safety.
• Experience managing construction or safety teams.
• Ability to train and mentor safety professionals.
• Identify onsite project safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Aufgaben

• Oversee safety program and procedures for one or more project sites within the District.
• Perform project site trend analysis and track accidents, injuries, fire, property damage and incidents.
• Develop and conduct safety orientations, trainings and toolbox talks for project staff.
• Ensure all permits and certifications are active, documented and tracked to avoid delays.
• Provide technical expertise for training, equipment needs and inspection requirements.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement to ensure safety items are available.
• Provide project status and trend analyses to management and team as needed.
• Oversee injury reporting and resolution; review investigations and corrective actions.
• Review and approve Daily Hazard Analysis and participate in Jobsite Hazard Analyses.
• Create or approve worksite safety and evacuation plans; support emergency response planning.
