Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of safety experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining JSAs.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and Virginia safety regulations.
• EPA compliance, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to translate customer and regulatory safety requirements into actionable training and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Translate customer safety requirements and state regulations into clear procedures.
• Create and deliver monthly safety training programs.
• Conduct safety program administration and policy updates.
• Work closely with an internal team to ensure compliance and execution.
• Evaluate how work is performed, associated risks, and how employees can perform work safely and compliantly.
