Job summary

AAM Network Inc. is seeking a Safety & Compliance professional in Illinois to lead DOT compliance programs and protect drivers and the company from regulatory risk.

You will manage ELD/HOS compliance, roadside inspection reviews, and safety coaching. The role requires strong FMCSA knowledge, experience with telematics, and the ability to work directly with drivers. Join a proactive safety team dedicated to preventing violations and improving performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years trucking safety/DOT compliance experience.
• Strong FMCSA and HOS knowledge.
• Experience with ELD and telematics.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Confidence working directly with drivers.
• Proactive approach to safety to prevent violations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ELD and HOS compliance.
• Review roadside inspections and violations.
• Provide driver safety coaching and guidance.
• Monitor telematics and unsafe driving patterns.
• Ensure DQ file and driver qualification compliance.
• Support accident and incident investigations.
• Monitor CSA scores and take corrective actions.
• Review DataQs and inspection results.
• Assist in driver onboarding and safety orientation.
• Prepare safety reports and identify risks.
• Support and mentor junior Safety team members.
