Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, industrial engineering, human resources, business, or related field.
• Four (4) years of full-time safety and/or risk management experience.
• Knowledge of risk management, insurance, and loss control techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates insurance program needs and coordinates with providers.
• Performs risk assessments and recommends best practices.
• Develops safety and occupational health plan documents and monitors budgets.
• Administers workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Interviews, hires, supervises, and develops staff through performance reviews.
